Mr. Travis serves as CEO at Phoenix Launch Systems, Inc. He is also Executive Director of the 501(c)(3) non-profit Aerospace Research & Engineering Systems Institute, Inc. Previously, he was President/COO of Aphelion Orbitals, Inc. and Managing Editor at Zero-G News.
Christian Kaduc – VP Business Development
Christian joined Phoenix Launch Systems after previous roles in sports technology and healthcare analytics. He brings 8+ years of account management experience to Phoenix, and is focused on cultivating relationships with customers and strategic partners. Christian is based out of Brooklyn, NY.
|Abhishek Kulkarni – Spcaecraft Engineer
Abhishek is a software developer and a senior studying at Make School in San Francisco. Before transferring to Make School, he studied at Purdue School of Science in Indianapolis. Although he goes to college in the Bay area but growing up in a small town in India, he got to experience a wild diversity of problems that our world faces today. He is committed to solving problems in Space Exploration, Machine Intelligence, Education, Energy, and socio-economic development. Currently, he works as a flight software engineer at Phonenix Launch Systems on the company’s cube-satellite mission.
|Robin Singh – Spacecraft Engineer
Robin Singh is an Aerospace Engineer and joined Phoenix Launch Systems as an intern. He is leading the hardware department for the Australasian Youth CubeSat initiative for their 3U CubeSat project. Previously, he mentored Team Astral for Cansat Project organized by the American Astronautical Society. He wants to pursue his career as a CubeSat developer.
|Shreyas Mahamuni – Spacecraft Engineer
Shreyas is studying mechanical engineering in India and currently working with Society Of Automotive Engineers, India on building offroad vehicle for SAE BAJA racing. He likes to know everything about machines and their mechanism. He also likes to study physics and mathematics on his own.
Other than that, he likes to spend his time tinkering with stuff like launching vehicles and small satellites and solving big problems in space industry.

|Jian Ting – Launch Vehicle Aerodynamics
I am a university student who is studying mechanical engineering at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). I am an avid learner where I like to pick up new skills or knowledge beyond mechanical engineering. I am passionate in brainstorming a design to solve a given engineering problem and enjoy making a prototype for that. Rockets and airplanes fascinate me and I will seek to uncover more of the aerospace sector in the future.

Vatasta is an Aerospace Engineering with splz in Avionics graduate joining Phoenix Launch Systems as an intern. Her experience includes participation in academic and extra co-curricular activities of both national and international recognition. She is currently working in the Hardware Department for Australasian Youth Cubesat Initiative for their 3U Cubesat. She has been a part of Infinity Space Club: The Astronautical Society of UPES, India and served as one of the senior executives for the same. Previously, she has also served as the co-leader of Team Agastya: Aero- Design Team of UPES and represented it in AIAA DBF. Recently, she has finished research papers in studying the aerodynamic characteristics of wavy wings in different planetary atmospheres. Further, she wants to pursue a career in the field of the space technology and development.
